Mr. Nguyen is licensed to practice law in California, New York and Massachusetts and formerly registered as a foreign lawyer in Vietnam with an office in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen is a graduate of Cornell Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree in Law and a Master of Law (LLM) degree in International and Comparative Law. Mr Nguyen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University at Bloomington, School of Business, where he graduated at the top of his class.

Mr. Nguyen began his legal career as an attorney at an international law firm with 1,000+ attorneys worldwide, specializing in corporate, mergers and acquisition, finance, and banking. Prior to his law career, Mr. Nguyen was a senior accountant at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City, New York, one of the largest real estate companies in the United States.
